Softday is gentle, responsive sleep coaching for tired parents of babies and toddlers. We build a plan around your family — no cry-it-out, no rigid schedules, and someone in your corner every step of the way.
You're up three, four, five times a nightYour baby only falls asleep feeding or rocking, and every transfer to the cot feels like defusing something.
Naps are short, or a battleThirty-minute catnaps, overtired evenings, and a bedtime that's crept later and later.
You want change without tearsYou'd like a plan that respects your baby's needs — and your instincts as a parent — rather than a rulebook.
Support that fits your family
Every plan starts with listening. We'll look at feeding, naps, your home, your work and your values, then shape something you can actually keep going with at 3am.

Daily supportMessage me each morning about the night before and we adjust together as you go.
Hi, I'm Hannah.
I spent nine years as a neonatal and paediatric nurse before I had my own two children — and discovered that knowing the science of sleep is very different from living it at 4am. I started Softday in 2019 to give parents the calm, clued-up support I wish I'd had.
My approach: responsive, flexible and led by your baby's development. I'll never ask you to leave your child to cry alone. We make small, steady changes — and if something doesn't feel right for your family, we change the plan, not you.
A few words from parents who've been where you are.
Our son was waking every 90 minutes at seven months. By night nine he slept 7pm to 5:30am with one feed. Hannah never once made me feel like I'd done anything wrong.
PPriyaMum to Arjun, 7 months
I was dreading going back to work on four hours' sleep. The plan was so gentle I kept waiting for the hard part — it never came. The morning check-ins kept me going.
SSophieMum to Edie, 10 months
Bedtime used to take ninety minutes and end in tears (usually mine). Now it's bath, two books, the sticker chart, and she's asleep by 7:15. I genuinely can't believe it.

Will my baby have to cry?
No. Some fussing is normal with any change, but you'll always be close by, comforting in the way that feels right to you.
Is it suitable for breastfed babies?
Yes. Plans work around feeding, not against it — whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a bit of both.
What if it doesn't work?
If you've followed the plan and things haven't improved after two weeks, I'll extend your support for free until they do.
